Returns

We at Franklin Tree offer refunds on any unwanted clothing only. 

Items can only be refunded through the original payment used as long as they are returned to us within 30 days.

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached.

For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery products cannot be returned.

Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

We are a small business so therefore we logistically rely on local shipping companies to ship our products, therfore shipping costs and custom charges unfortunately cannot be reimbursed, but we always endeavor to make sure we have fair shipping rates. 

We ask that you kindly keep returns to a minimum so that we together can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freights.
